About Us:
Digital Empire is a medium-sized marketing agency that successfully manages multiple social media brands, across various social platforms. We are looking for a talented content manager to start and grow one of our newer accounts from the ground up. There is a lot of room for growth in our company once you have proven to produce results.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy: See what type of content is doing well on the TikTok app for our industry/niche.

Creative Ideation: Generate engaging and viral content ideas that resonate with our target audience, staying updated on TikTok trends and features.

Account Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the TikTok account, including posting schedules, engagement with followers, and monitoring analytics.

Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with influencers and creators to enhance the reach and impact of our TikTok presence.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, measure the success of campaigns, and provide regular reports to the management team.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing TikTok accounts for brands or organizations.
In-depth knowledge of TikTok trends, features, and best practices.
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
