Tik Tok Shops Expert / Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a TikTok Shops expert who can set up, optimize, and fully manage our store to drive sales and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in launching and scaling TikTok Shops, handling product listings, running promotions, and leveraging TikTok’s algorithm for organic and paid growth.

Additionally, this role requires affiliate outreach experience, where you will be responsible for recruiting and managing influencers and affiliates to promote our products.

Responsibilities:
Set up, optimize, and manage our TikTok Shop
Run promotions, manage product listings, and execute data-driven optimizations
Leverage TikTok’s algorithm for organic and paid traffic growth
Develop and execute a TikTok affiliate marketing strategy to onboard influencers and partners
Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with TikTok creators and affiliates
Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure consistent revenue growth
Requirements:
Proven experience managing and scaling TikTok Shops
Experience recruiting affiliates or influencers for eCommerce brands
Deep understanding of TikTok’s eCommerce ecosystem, including organic and paid strategies
Ability to generate at least $50,000/month in revenue from TikTok Shops
Strong analytical skills to track and optimize store performance
