Job Description:
As a TikTok Shop Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our TikTok shop, including product management, ad campaigns, collaborations, compliance management, and affiliate programs. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visibility, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our audience and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
*Curate and manage our TikTok product offerings, ensuring they align with current trends and audience preferences.
*Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product listings and inventory.
*Ensure product listings comply with Tiktok’s guidelines and regulations.
Ads Management:
*Develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
*Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Collaborations:
*Identify and establish partnerships with TikTok influencers and content creators to amplify our reach.
*Coordinate collaborative campaigns and track their effectiveness.
Affiliate Programs:
*Manage our affiliate marketing program, recruiting and onboarding new affiliates.
*Track performance and optimize strategies to boost affiliate sales.
Community Engagement:
*Interact with our TikTok community, responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
*Create engaging content that resonates with our audience and fosters brand loyalty.
Analytics and Reporting:
*Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of our TikTok initiatives.
*Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
Fulfillment Management:
*Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
*Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline shipping and handling operations.
*Address fulfillment-related issues and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Marketing Compliance:
*Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with TikTok’s advertising guidelines and legal regulations.
*Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements to mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
*Proven experience in e-commerce, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably within the TikTok ecosystem.
*Previous experience managing Amazon and Walmart accounts, with a solid understanding of their platforms and best practices.
*Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
*Proficiency in analytics tools and ad management platforms.
*Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate.
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
