Thumbnail Graphic Designer

We are a growing company that specializes in video production and strategy, working with brands and business professionals to grow high-performance YouTube channels. We’re passionate about delivering visually impactful content that resonates with audiences and drives results. As part of our mission, we’re looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team and help us create top-notch visual assets.

What You’ll Do:
YouTube Thumbnails: Design eye-catching thumbnails that drive clicks and engagement.
Ebooks: Create beautifully designed and easy-to-read eBooks based on provided content.
Presentations: Design professional and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations.
Ad-Hoc Graphic Needs: Support other design-related tasks such as social media posts, website graphics, and promotional materials.

What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.
A strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional designs (especially thumbnails, eBooks, and presentations).
An understanding of YouTube trends and what makes a thumbnail clickable.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills in English.
Experience working with a remote team is a plus.
