Thumbnail Designer for YouTube Police Bodycam / True Crime channel

I am seeking a full-time Thumbnail designer for established channel in the Bodycam / True Crime niche.

I am looking for a dedicated and passionate Thumbnail designer who is willing to commit to a long-term project. Having already worked on an Police Bodycam channel is a significant plus.
