Thumbnail Designer

Are you Looking for a consistent long-term job making YouTube thumbnails?

We are looking for a creative designer who can make YouTube thumbnails and titles for our faceless YouTube channels. This role is less about making "pretty" designs and more about layouts, views, and making people click on our videos.

You’ll work across faceless channels in multiple niches, but your focus will only be making titles and thumbnails. This is a long-term, full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week (Flexible hours), and making 40-100 thumbnails a week using AI tools and Canva to speed up the process. The job pays $1.70 per hour with a pay increase based on performance.

Responsibilities
1. Thumbnail Design: Make thumbnails using AI image tools and Canva, focusing on layout and composition. We are NOT just looking for pretty images.
2. Make Titles: Make titles that people want to click on by sparking fear, desire, and/or curiosity.
3. Critical Thinking: Analyze competitor titles and thumbnails and continuously refine designs to improve results.

Requirements:
1. Complete a test task.
2. Understand what makes people click on a video.
3. Familiarity with tools like Canva and AI image generators.
4. Experience driving views to YouTube videos with your thumbnail designs.

Pay:
1. $1.70 USD Per hour
2. Paid on the 1st and 15th of every month
3. Must have a Payoneer
4. Rate increase based on performance
5. 40 hours a week, Flexible hours (Work on your own time)
