Playstack is a Youtube accelerator, focused on maximizing client growth through YouTube video strategies and content management. We are seeking a talented and creative Thumbnail Designer to join our team and help us create visually appealing and engaging thumbnails for our videos.

Responsibilities:

Design eye-catching and attention-grabbing thumbnails for our YouTube channel and other video platforms.
Collaborate with the video production team to ensure that thumbnails align with the content and brand message.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in thumbnail design.
Use design software to create high-quality thumbnails that are visually appealing and optimized for click-through rates.
Experiment with different design elements, including text, images, and colors, to create unique and effective thumbnails.
Ensure that thumbnails are optimized for search engines and social media platforms.
Meet deadlines and work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or other design software.
Experience creating thumbnails for YouTube or other video platforms.
Understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
Ability to create visually appealing and attention-grabbing designs.
Creative mindset and a passion for design.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Advanced English is required; strong communication and comprehension skills are essential as the role involves primarily English content.
