YouTube Thumbnail Designer for Real Estate Channels

We’re seeking an experienced YouTube thumbnail designer to create high-converting thumbnails for three real estate channels. Our goal is to boost CTR across channels with specific targets:

Living in Tucson: 7.2% (30 days), 5.9% (lifetime)
Ali the Agent: 5.1% (30 days), 4.2% (lifetime)
Selling in St. Paul: 6.4% (30 days), 3.1% (lifetime)
Position Overview:

Monthly Volume: 30 thumbnails (2 variations per video for 15 videos)
Pay: $5/thumbnail
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:
Thumbnail Design: Create visually engaging thumbnails that align with our brand, stand out, and increase CTR.
A/B Testing: Prepare two variations for each thumbnail to maximize CTR, with A/B testing experience preferred.
Consistency & Trend Awareness: Maintain visual consistency and stay updated on YouTube trends in real estate and lifestyle content.

Qualifications:
Strong portfolio showing thumbnails designed to improve CTR, preferably in similar niches.
Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
Knowledge of YouTube algorithms and visual strategies to drive clicks.
