Position Description
We are seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) freelance contractor to work with our team as a Paid Media Buyer. The ideal candidate is a skilled media buyer and data-informed strategist who will manage campaigns for 3-4 clients. You will be responsible for handling 3-5 campaigns per client, optimizing them regularly based on performance data and testing results.
This role involves client-facing strategy calls, where you will provide insights and guide media strategy to meet business objectives.
About the work
Manage and optimize 3-5 paid media campaigns per client across Google Ads and Meta Ads
Work with 3-4 clients, regularly providing strategic recommendations and performance insights.
Lead client-facing strategy calls to discuss campaign performance and optimization opportunities.
Analyze campaign data to inform decisions and improve ROI through testing and regular adjustments.
Collaborate with clients to refine and enhance campaign strategies based on performance results.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads is a plus, but not required.
Utilize tools like Basecamp for project management and Harvest for time tracking (nice to have).

At least 3-4 years of experience as a Paid Media Buyer running ads independently
Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and tracking to assess campaign success.
Strong communication skills required as you will have client-facing calls.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills for both internal collaboration and client-facing interactions
