JOB OVERVIEW

One of Australias premium BPO's is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Tender Manager for our client- One of Australias leading construction companies.

Key Responsibilities include

- Quantity Surveying- managing the costs, procurement and contract management of construction projects.
- Cost Estimation- preparing cost plans for tenders for construction projects.
- Building Measurement- to manage costs and budget effectively.
- Issuing tender packages to subcontractors.
- Managing tender RFI's- requests for information from potential clients.
- Preparing bid submission- to win contracts from potential clients.


Requirements include.

- Minimum 3 years experience with Tender Management.
- A degree and background in Construction Management OR Civil Engineering OR Quantity Surveying.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English. (You will be required to communicate directly with clients.)
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of dynamic team.
- Proficient in Office 365.
- Familiar with Cost-X
- Familiar with MS Project.

Ideally
- Previous experience working with AUS construction companies.
