JOB OVERVIEW

The Temu Account Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our Temu account. This role involves handling product listings, managing inventory, running marketing campaigns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What you will be doing:
• Account Performance Management: Continuously monitor and optimize the overall performance of the Temu account, focusing on sales growth, customer reviews, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Product Listings: Create, edit, and optimize product descriptions, images, pricing, and titles to enhance product visibility and conversion rates on the Temu platform.
• Customer Relationship Management: Respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints, and manage reviews to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate and execute promotional activities, SEO strategies, and PPC campaigns to boost product visibility and drive sales on Temu.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast inventory needs, and collaborate with suppliers or internal teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends, adjust pricing strategies, and identify opportunities for growth.
• SEO and PPC Optimization: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising strategies to improve product ranking and visibility on Temu.
• Pricing Strategy Management: Develop and implement dynamic pricing models to remain competitive and maximize profit margins.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer demand, emerging trends, and opportunities for expanding the product portfolio on Temu.
• CRM System Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track customer interactions, improve service, and build long-term customer loyalty.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to account performance, customer service, or operational challenges.
• Adaptability: Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, platform changes, and consumer behaviors, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple tasks, such as product listings, inventory updates, and customer communications, ensuring timely execution of all responsibilities.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of precision in all aspects of account management, from data analysis to customer interactions.

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in e-commerce platform management, particularly with marketplaces like Temu, Amazon, or Shopify.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization software.
• Strong understanding of SEO and PPC advertising strategies.
• Experience in inventory management, product listing creation, and optimization.
• Knowledge of dynamic pricing models and competitor analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM software and its application in e-commerce.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the e-commerce landscape.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:
• Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 mbps
• Fluency in communicating in the English language
• Antivirus will be set up on your computer
• Have high-level communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be dependable, show up on time during set hours (8am – 5 pm CT (UTC -6))
