JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a temporary virtual assistant to cover for our billing manager, who will be on leave for the next two to three months. This role involves managing key billing, bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth operations during this time.

Responsibilities:
• Send invoices to customers
• Review credit card transactions (e.g., verifying missing delivery addresses).
• Communicate with suppliers regarding charges.
• Resolve customer credit card disputes.
• Prepare bi-monthly sales reports.
• Categorize transactions in QuickBooks.
• Notify the customer service team of failed payments for rental day fees.

Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for internal and external correspondence.
• Experience with financial and billing processes preferred.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
