Temp to Full-Time, Detail Oriented Personal Assistant

I'm looking for an experienced personal assistant. To begin, at an hourly rate, I need someone very detail-oriented to help me build a few hundred backlinks. When you are building backlinks it is very important that you get the information right down to the comma. You also need to be able to follow instructions well. So, if you are interested in this position tell me what the most recent book you read was and what you liked about the book in no less than two paragraphs. When you are building backlinks, I would expect you to build and verify at least 5 backlinks an hour on average.
Depending on how good you are at the hourly position, I may consider giving you full-time work at $500 a month.
