JOB OVERVIEW

The Role:

As a Telesales Executive, you’ll be responsible for: Following up on warm leads and engaging potential B2B clients

Making outbound calls to qualify prospects and identify opportunities
Booking meetings for our sales team with senior decision-makers
Using LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools to support outreach
Understanding technical products/services and communicating their value
Maintaining accurate records of interactions and feedback

What We’re Looking For:

???? Fluent English speaker with a neutral accent
???? 2+ years of experience in B2B telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales
???? Confidence & charisma to engage C-level execs and IT professionals
???? Ability to listen, probe, and position solutions effectively
???? Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) is a plus
???? Tech-savvy – comfortable discussing IT/software solutions
???? Self-motivated and able to manage targets independently
