Responsibilities:
Engage warm leads from inbound website contacts.
Understand client needs and match them with the right mobile device solutions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with business clients.
Educate clients on various cell phone options.
Close deals and meet sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with lead generation.
Manage client interactions and sales processes using CRM software (Close).
Place phone orders with clients via e-commerce software (BigCommerce).
Requirements:
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in telecommunications or technology.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Experience with consultative selling techniques.
Familiarity with CRM software (preferably Close).
Knowledge of cell phone models and specifications (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Scope:
