Responsibilities:
Engage with warm leads generated through inbound website contacts
Understand client needs and match them with appropriate mobile device solutions
Build and maintain friendly relationships with business clients
Educate clients on various cell phone options.
Close deals and meet sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with lead generation
Use CRM software (Close) to manage all client interactions and sales processes
Use E-commerce software (bigcommerce) to place phone orders with clients.
Requirements:
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology related markets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Understanding of consultative selling techniques
Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Close
Knowledge of cell phone models and specifications (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Scope:
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead engagement to closing deals
Contribute to the company’s growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets
Provide feedback to improve lead generation and marketing efforts
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Performance-based commissions will be provided for successful sales.
