JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Telephone Appointment Caller/Manager to join our team. This part-time position (25 hours per week) involves managing and leading a small team of telemarketing agents while also actively making calls. Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Personally make calls to set appointments and achieve targets.
Team Management: Oversee a small team of telemarketing agents, ensuring they meet daily and weekly goals.
Monitoring and Quality Control:
Monitor attendance and punctuality of team members.
Listen to live and recorded calls to assess call quality and provide constructive feedback.
List Management: Ensure calling lists are up-to-date, accurate, and effectively managed.
Performance Tracking: Track and report team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Training and Support: Train new agents, provide ongoing coaching, and support team members to maximize productivity.
Problem Solving: Address issues promptly, maintaining team morale and efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, and managing telemarketing teams.
Language Skills: Must speak excellent English with clear communication skills.
Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain consistent performance.
Management Skills: Strong ability to motivate and guide team members, fostering a positive work environment.
Organizational Skills: Capable of juggling multiple tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring team alignment with goals.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, call monitoring software, and productivity tools.
Availability: Flexibility to work 25 hours per week and adjust as necessary for team needs.
