Job Description: Telemarketer (Commission-Based)

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive individuals to join our telemarketing team! As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for cold calling our new customers and encouraging them to upgrade to our AutoPay program. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy talking to people, this is a great opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new customers using a provided contact list.

• Introduce and explain the benefits of upgrading to our AutoPay program.

• Address customer questions or concerns confidently and professionally.

• Persuade customers to enroll in AutoPay by highlighting convenience, benefits, and savings.

• Accurately document customer responses and update records.

• Strive to meet daily and weekly sales targets.

Compensation:

• Base Pay: Competitive hourly rate.

• Commission: Earn 10% commission on every successful upgrade sale!

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.

• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a positive attitude.

• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus but not required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
