We are thrilled at the prospect of you joining our team to drive outbound calling and appointment setting for Energy Conservation Upgrade offers sponsored by the Utility companies.

If you're motivated by the potential of a base salary + commission-based income without limits, we welcome your skills and enthusiasm.


Team Leader Compensation:

Base Salary (Weekly): $250
Set Appointment Bonus: +$3/appointment/teaUpgrade to see actual infomber
Contract Signed Bonus: +$10/appointment/teaUpgrade to see actual infomber
Achiever Bonus: +$500/teaUpgrade to see actual infomber (More Than 15 Contract Signed During the Month)
*Will consider changing pay structure to $500/week if Achiever Bonus is met three months in a row.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing leads
Analyze leads from various sources
Hire and train new members
Keep accurate records of lead progression
Participate in special projects as assigned
Effectively convert leads into scheduled appointments

We are looking for someone with the ability to lead a team and help teaUpgrade to see actual infombers achieve their goals. Present your idea of how you are going to achieve our goals during the interview. Ask us questions to get a better understanding of what we do. What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in English
At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting (applicants without relevant experience need not apply)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly find solutions
Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments and demands
Consistent reliability and punctuality

Clear and effective decision-making skills
