Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Telemarketing Representative with a strong background in outbound sales and lead generation to drive the growth of our client pipeline. The ideal candidate will excel at cold and warm calling, crafting compelling outreach emails, and creating effective sales scripts. With a strategic mindset and above-average communication skills, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying leads, booking appointments, and ensuring daily lead generation targets are met. Your expertise in prospecting and relationship-building will be key to the success of our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold and warm calls to engage with potential clients.
• Craft and send personalized email campaigns for lead generation.
• Develop and refine sales scripts to maximize conversion rates.
• Research and compile detailed lists of target companies and key contacts.
• Maintain CRM records and track outreach efforts effectively.
• Achieve a consistent pipeline by generating 3-5 qualified leads or booked appointments daily.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align on target audiences and strategy.
Required Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot) and email automation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. (close to an Australian accent is an advantage)
• Ability to create effective sales messaging and tailor it to different audiences.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
