We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Development Specialist who excels at one thing: sales. Specifically, cold calling and lead generation. If your passion lies solely in sales and you wake up excited about converting leads, this is the role for you. We are not looking for multi-talented applicants or "jacks of all trades." This position is laser-focused on cold calling, qualifying leads, and driving growth through meaningful sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume, high-quality cold calls to generate new leads.
Engage and qualify prospects through insightful, sales-focused conversations.
Understand client needs and offer solutions that address their specific challenges.
Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handoffs from lead generation to closing.
Continuously improve your cold-calling techniques and sales strategies through self-learning.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in business development with a clear focus on cold calling.
Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to engage prospects and quickly build rapport.
Strong lead qualification skills.
Self-driven with a laser focus on exceeding targets.
A commitment to personal development and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with the IT Managed Services sector is a plus but not required.
Experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) sales will be preferred.
