JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are looking for a Telemarketer to assist Singapore property agents by handling cold calls and basic administrative tasks. Your primary role will be to contact potential leads, introduce real estate services, and schedule appointments. Additionally, you will support agents with administrative duties such as data entry and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential property buyers and sellers.
- Introduce and promote real estate services professionally.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for agents.
- Maintain and update lead databases.
- Follow up with prospects via calls or messages.
- Assist with admin tasks such as email handling, appointment scheduling, and document preparation.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in telemarketing or cold calling (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of real estate in Singapore is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
