JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer cum Appointment Setter to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, making outbound calls, and setting up appointments for our real estate consultants. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and leads.
Introduce and promote our real estate services, including new property launches, resale properties and creating comfortable retirement thru property progression
Qualify leads by identifying potential buyers and sellers.
Schedule appointments for real estate consultants to meet with interested prospects.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Handle basic client inquiries and provide relevant information regarding properties.
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client details in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:
Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred (real estate experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and able to handle rejections professionally.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of real estate trends and terminology is an advantage.
Proficiency in English to communicate with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
