I need someone with excellent English skills and an American accent who can call leads in the USA and set up real estate deals. You must have access to a phone that will allow you to make calls in the USA (skype or similar).

The script is fairly simple and the leads are property sellers who are responding to advertising we have done looking for sellers who are interested in what we are offering. It is a proven script and the leads we generate have also been proven to work over and over again in the past. The only variable is your skill in asking the questions.

You will get 2 to 10 leads per day, 5 days per week - approximately 10 hours per week. Our experience is that after you get good with these leads, you should close about 20% of them or more.

The leads would be mailed to you each day by our administration person.

We are planning on setting up a CRM, so it's important that you understand how they work.

Before you get started making calls, I would like to speak with you on the phone so that I can hear your voice and run through the sales script with you.

The script is a series of questions. Your call is the first step in a two part process. 1. You call and qualify the lead, then, 2. give the qualified leads to us and we call them and close the deal.

Here is how it works:

1. First, we advertise.
2. The lead contacts us by email, phone or text message if they are interested in our offer.
3. You call the lead back and ask a series of questions. There are between 15 and 20
questions that you need to get answered in addition to getting the lead's full contact
information. Once you have these details, your job will be done for that leads
4. We then call back the leads that you talked to who are most qualified. Our goal is to
have you weed out the best leads for us and allow us to focus on the most qualified
people.

Before you start, we will do a short training (1 hour) with you on a conference call, for which you will be paid.

Then, if you do well on our conversation together, we will start you calling live leads. After you've talked to 10 to 15, we will get on the call together again so I can see what you have learned and how you have improved.

If you are not 100% sure you will call the leads the day we give them to you, we ask that you do not apply for this position. The leads are costly for us and we know that the conversion rate drops dramatically if we don't call them back the SAME day they come in. THIS IS VITAL.

As a trial period, we will work with you for one week - 10 hours maximum. After that time, it is our hope that you've talked to 20-40 leads and asked them all the questions on our form. We are looking for someone who wants a LONG TERM job, but we want to know you will perform and that is why we are asking you to work just one week to start and show us what you can do. After that we ask that you allow us to decide if you are the right person for this job.
