Telemarketer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced telemarketer to join our team. The primary responsibilities of a telemarketer is to generate leads, qualify prospects, and promote products or services over the phone.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a persuasive demeanour, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our business
2. Qualify prospects by asking relevant questions and assessing their needs and interests.
3. Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer information in the CRM system
4. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and goals
5. Follow up with prospects who have shown interest

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work well under pressure and handle rejection professionally
4. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
6.Ability to adapt to different communication styles and techniques
