Telehealth Platform Operations Specialist/Medical assistant

EXPERIENCED MEDICAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

US based MEDICAL STARTUP COMPANY seeks friendly and capable Telehealth Platform Operations Specialist, preferable medical assistant with excellent English & neutral accent.

Start as PART TIME, advance to FULL TIME if perfect fit

EXAMPLE TASKS: (if you enjoy boring routine work, you WON’T like this job!)
- Able to do high level research on a wide range of topics medical, technical
- Social Media Management expertise- create, manage content, basic web development
- HIPAA certified
- Compliance (comply with gov. deadlines on taxes, license renewal, registration, HIPAA, etc...)
- Be able to create executive summary and give substantial recommendations
- Project/Task management
- Be able to navigate a telehealth platform
- Ad-hoc tasks
- Following/writing SOPs
- Managing calendars, appointments and emails
- Follow ups (e.g. on responses to letters/emails/etc.)
- Take appointments for patients
- Preparing checklists
- Able to delegate out tasks and follow up on them to ensure they are being completed to our standards and on time.

REQUIREMENTS (must-haves):

- Provable, reliable high-speed internet (at least 25mbps)
- Proof of desktop/laptop (minimum Intel core i5 or equivalent; Windows 10)
- Provable work environment that is conducive to PRIVACY and productivity
- C1/C2 English Level with neutral accent for effective written and verbal communication
- Must not have other clients/jobs, if working for us for 30 hours or more.
- MUST welcome constructive feedback & incorporate into duties to meet expectations
- Must be used to graveyard shift your time zone because US business hours=EST
- Great background check results
- HIPAA Certified
- Tech Savvy
- Proactive and can work in a fast pacing environment
