Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Telegram Community Manager to oversee our Telegram group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the group, engaging with members, answering questions, and fostering a vibrant, positive community atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Actively monitor and manage the Telegram group to maintain a welcoming and supportive environment.

Respond to member inquiries promptly and accurately.

Initiate conversations, post updates, and create engaging content to keep the group active and involved.

Moderate discussions and enforce group rules to ensure respectful interactions.

Collaborate with the team to share relevant announcements, promotions, or updates.

Gather feedback from the community and share insights with the team to improve engagement strategies.


Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience managing online communities, especially on Telegram.

Ability to work independently and take initiative to keep the group engaged.

Familiarity with the group’s niche or subject matter (preferred but not required).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.
