Tele-Sales Specialist for Food Marketing Agency – Flexible Hours, Client Outreach, and CRM Management

Work Hours: PST Working Hours Required. Typically less than 8 hours a day. However, you need to be available to make calls to restaurants during specific hours: Around 11 AM to 2 PM & 5 PM to 8 PM PST

You will play a crucial role in helping our growing influencer marketing agency thrive by connecting with potential clients and introducing them to our services. Almost all of your tasks will come with tutorials and clear instructions, so you’ll always know what to do.

Some tasks I have in mind for you to handle in the immediate future include:

- Making outbound calls to potential restaurant clients to introduce our marketing services and products.
- Answering initial inquiries from restaurant owners.
- Scheduling follow-up meetings for local sales members with clients for in-depth discussions on the phone.
- Updating and managing client details in our CRM system.
- Tracking and meeting weekly sales targets.

Pay: Performance-based bonuses/commisions + $300 - $400/month, depending on your level of skill and other applicants. Additional performance-based bonuses will also be offered.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for sales.
Availability during specific hours to call restaurants.

I run a local influencer marketing agency based in California, USA. We help restaurants grow their presence on platforms like Instagram, Lemon8, and Xiaohongshu by working with influencers. Recently, we partnered with Mucho, a company providing ordering kiosks to restaurants. This is an exciting time to join as we grow and expand our services into new markets like Los Angeles and Vancouver.
