JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele-Appointment Setter to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be the booking of new business meetings for the supply of our Managed Print Services to businesses, schools, and organizations throughout the UK. This role is crucial to our sales pipeline and requires excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and a proven track record of setting appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact potential clients via telephone to introduce Managed Print Solutions Ltd and identify their printing needs.
Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria, assessing their suitability for our MPS offerings.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Managed Print Solutions and address any initial objections.
Schedule qualified appointments for our field sales team using Hubspot CRM.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments within Hubspot CRM.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly appointment setting targets.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection regulations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in booking new business meetings, specifically within a B2B sales environment.
Demonstrable experience using Hubspot CRM.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a clear, professional telephone manner.
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish credibility with potential clients.
Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
