In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers using our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. You will assist users in troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance on software features, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
