Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Web Development & Data Integration Specialist to support our rapidly growing business. This role involves setting up, optimizing, and maintaining technical systems, integrating web services, and leveraging data management techniques to drive efficiency and scalability.
You will work closely with marketing, development, and leadership teams to ensure seamless system integration, automation, and web infrastructure. This position requires an analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a strong technical background in Go High Level (GHL), data scraping, web development, and system improvisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Go High Level (GHL) Management:
• Should have knowledge & experience with all aspects of GHL (GHL Admin Certification Preferred)
• Create, update, and maintain websites and funnels in GHL
• Develop, improve, and maintain automations and workflows in GHL
• Train and support new employees on GHL functionality and best practices
• Communicate effectively with current employees to resolve GHL-related issues
Web Development & System Integration:
• Define, develop, and manage web-based solutions to enhance operational workflows
• Work closely with Technology Development Director to ensure smooth system functionality
• Build and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor
• Implement API integrations and connect various web services
Data Scraping & Automation:
• Utilize Scrapy and other tools to collect, organize, and analyze web data
• Develop scripts and automation for data extraction and transformation
Data Management:
• Maintain and optimize databases, ensuring seamless integration of Excel, CSV, SQL, and Access-based data
• Develop efficient data linking and reporting structures
Technical Troubleshooting & Optimization:
• Analyze and improve system performance
• Research and implement new technologies to enhance business efficiency
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in Go High Level (GHL) administration and automation
• Strong expertise in web development, WordPress, and Elementor
• Experience with Scrapy and data scraping frameworks
• Proficiency in Excel, CSV, SQL, and Access, including data linking
• Hands-on experience with APIs, automation tools, and workflow integrations
• Ability to improvise and implement new technologies
• Excellent English communication skills (able to train employees and resolve issues)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
