Technical Virtual Assistant (Tech VA)

We are looking for a rockstar technical VA to manage and optimise our tech platforms, marketing systems, funnels and programs inside GoHighLevel, and make sure our online coaching business is well organised, runs smoothly, and our students and clients receive the best support possible.

This role focuses on building and maintaining landing pages, email automations, and other marketing assets using GoHighLevel, Kit email CRM, and ManyChat.

We'd love for your English to be of a high standard.

This is a part-time position of approx 20hrs per month initially, but we want it to be a long term working relationship which will grow over time.

**Responsibilities:**
- Create and manage landing pages, funnels, and automations in GoHighLevel.
- Set up and maintain email marketing systems (Kit).
- Design and implement chatbot workflows in ManyChat.
- Monitor and optimize marketing system performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to align systems with business goals.

**Qualifications:**
- **Must-have:**
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel (funnels, landing pages, automations).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
- **Nice-to-have:**
- Experience with Kit (or similar email CRM) and ManyChat.
- Familiarity with the coaching or online business industry.

**Experience:**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role managing marketing systems and automations.
