Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic professional who seamlessly integrates customer support proficiency,
success knowledge, and technical expertise in JSON and cXML. The ideal candidate will adeptly
manage inbound written customer communications, provide exceptional customer support, and handle
data interchange formats effectively. This is a full-time role for the right candidate, offering the
opportunity to grow with our team over time.
Key Responsibilities:
? Customer Support Tasks:
? Implement configuration changes as requested by clients.
? Establish and manage customer connections.
? Create, assign, and manage software licenses.
? Draft and distribute software agreements.
? Inbound Success/Sales Communications:
? Respond to HubSpot form submissions and initiate a dialogue, forward to sales lead.
? Address general customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
? Monitor and document customer changes and updates.
? Technical Skills:
? Proficient in JSON for data interchange and integration.
? Experience with cXML for business document communication.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in sales communication and customer support.
? Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
? Knowledge of software licensing processes.
? Background in drafting and managing software agreements.
