Role Overview
We seek a Technical Support Virtual Assistant (VA) based in the Philippines to join our team starting mid-November. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer support, addressing IT issues and errors while ensuring the security and privacy of our clients and their partners.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve their IT challenges.
Ensure the protection of sensitive client data through security best practices.
Assist in maintaining a high standard of customer service and cyber security.
Proactively identify problems before they affect the entire organization.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Strong background in IT; familiarity with common technical issues and solutions.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a quiet environment free from distractions.
Capable hardware to support required software.
Experience in customer service is a plus.
Awareness of security and privacy measures is critical.
