Key Responsibilities:
As our Technical Support Representative, you’ll be instrumental in managing and optimizing our client’s email and marketing automation systems. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Email Setup: Configure and manage email accounts through Microsoft and Google.
2. DNS Management: Add DNS records for both emails and subdomains to ensure proper routing for email deliverability and website traffic.
3. Uptics & Email Warm Up: Add new emails to Uptics, a platform for automating messaging campaigns that help generate leads, and set up warm-up campaigns to improve email outreach performance.
4. Messaging Creation: Develop messaging templates in Uptics and Expandi, similar platforms that automate lead generation messaging via email and LinkedIn.
5. Integration Management: Set up Zapier integrations between Expandi and Uptics to automate tasks and workflows between apps without coding.
6. CSV Uploads: Upload CSV files to Uptics and Expandi to import contact data for use in automated messaging and lead generation.
7. Web Design: Ability to design and update websites/funnels as needed.
8. AI Tools: Familiarity with AI trends, including implementing chatbots on websites for enhanced user interaction.

Qualifications:
1. Experience with Microsoft and Google email platforms
2. Strong understanding of DNS records
3. Familiarity with Uptics, Expandi, and Zapier
4. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
5. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
