We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive technical support manager to join our team. If you’re someone who enjoys clear and professional communication and takes a structured approach to problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you! Your main role will be to assist customers via online chat, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and promptly.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with customers via online chat, helping them resolve any issues;
- Managing up to five chat conversations at a time;
- Providing ongoing support throughout the customer’s journey with us;
- Enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty;
- Following guidelines to ensure a high-quality service experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience would be a plus, but not required - we are happy to train the right person;
- A natural communicator who enjoys interacting with people and finding solutions to their issues;
- Ability to organise your workload effectively and remain productive in a remote environment;
- Knowledge of English at Intermediate level or above.
