We are primarily in the business of distributing Smart Home Products to a network of retail stores. Most of our customer inquiries come from these stores, as well as from individual customers.

Who We're Looking For: We’re seeking someone to assist the leader of our team with the following qualifications:

1. More than 5 years of customer service experience, particularly over the phone.
2. Experience managing a remote team is a plus.
3. Strong English communication skills for phone support
