Position Overview:
As a Technical Support Specialist, where your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our internal IT systems, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of our technology infrastructure, enabling our team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to apply your technical expertise to support a variety of IT-related tasks, including troubleshooting, system maintenance, and software updates, to address technical issues promptly and implement effective solutions to enhance our overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft 0365 and Microsoft Azure.
2. Strong English communication skills.
3. 2 years of Experience in general IT support, including remote support.
4. Familiarity with cloud computing and cyber security tools such as MalwareBytes, LastPass, and NordLayer VPN.
5. Competence with MacOS and Windows OS.
6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7. Certification in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure).
8. Understanding of virtualisation technologies.
9. Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, resolving IT-related issues promptly and efficiently.
2. Manage and maintain Microsoft 0365 and Microsoft Azure environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
3. Offer remote support services to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, troubleshooting software and hardware issues and providing timely solutions.
4. Implement and manage cloud computing solutions, including data storage, backup, and security measures.
5. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of cyber security protocols, including malware detection and prevention.
6. Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
7. Provide training and guidance to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on IT-related matters, promoting best practices and efficient use of technology.
8. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in IT support, cloud computing, and cyber security, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
