Technical Specialist (Project-Based, Flexible Hours)
Remote, One-Time Project

You love making tech work very smoothly and efficiently. For you, setting up technology is a fun puzzle to figure out. You realize that all great tech setups aren’t only about functionality but are also about making things extremely easy for people to use after you’ve set them up.

Everything is documented and organized to run smoothly because being thorough, detail-oriented, and proactive is a point of pride.

You take ownership, keep things moving, and update progress so everyone knows where things stand.

About Us
Your client is a parenting coaching business dedicated to empowering parents of children ages 4-14 looking for a tech wizard.

What You’ll Do
Migrate email list (~500 contacts) from ActiveCampaign to ClickFunnels 2.0.
Migrate email campaigns from ActiveCampaign to ClickFunnels 2.0.
Build sales pages, thank you pages, and cart pages in ClickFunnels 2.0 from a design example (this requires coding - it’s not just drag and drop).
Integrate ClickFunnels 2.0 with the Graphy community with Upgrade to see actual info automations.
Note: Must be great at creating automations from scratch using Upgrade to see actual info rather than Zapier. One automation example: Members will buy on ClickFunnels & need to be added to the correct Graphy community upon purchase/removed from Graphy when canceled.
Set up SMS messaging & automations in ClickFunnels 2.0.
Set up affiliate system tech in ClickFunnels 2.0.
Troubleshoot a Zoom tech issue so presentations run without a hitch.
Create SOPs so the team understands what was set up & how all the tech works for future troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot & Support
Stay available to troubleshoot any setup issues for 30 days after work is done.

Compensation & Terms
$400 Fixed project rate: Includes all deliverables and 30 days of troubleshooting support.
Flexible hours: Work on your schedule, as long as deadlines are met.
Meetings: There is a weekly all-staff meeting on Tuesday at 6 am Philippines time and other meetings as needed to connect with the team.
Timing: The project runs from February 28 to April 1, and troubleshooting support will continue until April 30.
