JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in network security equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of hardware upgrades and licensing renewals by proactively engaging with customers through e-mailing and cold calling to solicit purchases. You will follow up on leads, qualify potential opportunities, and collaborate with management to prepare quotes and close sales for interested clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a technical aptitude for network security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact prospective and existing customers via e-mail and cold calls to promote hardware upgrades and licensing renewals.
Follow up on leads to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
Work closely with management to develop quotes and finalize sales agreements.
Meet or exceed a minimum target of two qualified leads per week.

Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in a technical or IT-related field.
Knowledge of network security equipment and solutions is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to consistently generate leads and close deals.

Performance Goals & Incentives:
Generate a minimum of two qualified leads per week.
Earn additional financial incentives for closing 8 or more sales per month.
