Technical Sourcer – Cybersecurity and Embedded Systems
Location: Fully Remote
Type: Part-time (4 hours/day, flexible)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Technical Sourcer to focus exclusively on identifying top-tier talent in cybersecurity engineering, embedded security engineering, and technical project management within embedded systems. In this role, you will leverage the provided LinkedIn Recruiter license to source and organize candidate profiles for review. This position supports the recruitment process for an international client in the network security industry.

Responsibilities
Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and source highly specialized candidates for roles including:
- Cybersecurity Engineers
- Embedded Security Engineers
- Technical Project Managers in Embedded Systems

Profile Management: Add sourced profiles to designated LinkedIn projects for the Lead Recruiter to review.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the Lead Recruiter to align on sourcing priorities and requirements.

Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of sourcing experience, preferably within technology domains.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with technical terminology.
Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter; experience organizing and managing projects within the platform.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately identify and tag profiles according to specific role requirements.
Time Management: Strong ability to deliver high-quality results within a 4-hour daily work window.
