JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet
the dynamic needs of our company. The Technical Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring
we build a strong tech team capable of driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

? Talent Sourcing:
? Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking,
and direct outreach to find potential candidates.
? Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
? Candidate Screening and Interviewing:
? Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and
alignment with the job requirements.
? Coordinate and conduct technical interviews with hiring managers and technical
team members.
? Job Posting and Advertising:
? Create and post detailed job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable
candidates.
? Optimize job postings for search engines and job boards.
? Candidate Relationship Management:
? Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to
ensure a positive candidate experience.
? Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
? Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
? Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and technical
requirements.
? Provide expert advice on recruiting strategies and market trends.
? Data Management and Reporting:
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking
System (ATS).
? Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and
source of hire.
? Employer Branding:
? Promote the company as a great place to work through various channels,
including social media, career fairs, and networking events.

? Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company’s employer brand in
the tech community.

Qualifications
? Education:
? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
? Experience:
? Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in the technology
industry.
? Experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
? Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
? Skills:
? Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based,
technical).
? Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g.,
LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub).
