Technical Project Manager – Go High Level (GHL)

We're looking for someone detail-oriented, customer-focused, and confident in leading projects while promoting a positive, solution-driven team environment.

What We Offer:
• $7.50/hour starting rate
• $100 signing bonus after 90 days
• Opportunity for a rate increase after 90 days
• Weekly payments via Wise

Work Schedule:
• Full-time
• Monday to Friday | 10 AM – 6 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:
• Assign tasks to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers based on client needs and timelines
• Lead kickoff calls and develop project strategies
• Facilitate final walkthroughs and offboarding with clients
• Assist in client funding account setup and automation configuration
• Create and improve SOPs for consistency and efficiency
• Manage technical project timelines and deliverables
• Optimize workflows within Go High Level (GHL)
• Maintain clear and consistent client communication
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams
• Set and manage realistic client expectations
• Help foster a tech-driven, supportive, and people-first work culture

What We’re Looking For:
• Proficiency in Go High Level (GHL) – non-negotiable
• Strong attendance and reliability – non-negotiable
• NBI Clearance & 2 valid IDs – required
• Stable internet connection, working computer, and headset
• Excellent spoken and written English (with proper grammar)
• Experience in technical project management, SaaS platforms, or CRM automation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to company changes
• Positive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic
• Minimal disruptions due to power outages
