Technical Project Manager (Go High Level Expert)

About Us:
We are a thriving group of influencers and entrepreneurs looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless project execution, maintaining quality standards, and managing technical workflows—especially within Go High Level (GHL). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and confident in managing projects while fostering a positive and solution-driven work environment.

What We Offer:
• Salary increase after 90 days
• Health insurance after 6 months

Salary & Work Schedule:
• $7/hour (paid weekly via Wise)
• Full-time | Monday - Friday | 10 AM - 6 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:
• Client & Task Assignment – Assign tasks to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers based on client needs, ensuring smooth project workflow and timely execution.
• Kickoff Calls & Strategy Development – Lead initial client meetings to gather requirements, set expectations, refine objectives, and optimize processes.
• Final Walkthrough/Offboarding Calls – Review completed work with clients, address final questions, and ensure a smooth transition for offboarding.
• Funding Client Account & Automation Setup – Assist clients in setting up their funding accounts and configuring automation tools for efficiency.
• SOP Creation & Process Improvement – Develop and implement detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes, improve consistency, and enhance team productivity.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure technical deliverables meet high-quality standards.
• Manage and optimize workflows within Go High Level (GHL).
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, and set clear expectations.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to execute projects efficiently.
• Set realistic client expectations and confidently communicate project limitations.
• Foster a positive, tech-driven, and people-friendly work culture.

What We’re Looking For:
• Expertise in Go High Level (GHL) (non-negotiable)
• Strong attendance record (non-negotiable)
• NBI Clearance & 2 valid IDs (non-negotiable)
• Reliable internet & computer with headset (non-negotiable)
• Fluent in English (spoken & written, with proper grammar)
• Prior experience in technical project management, SaaS platforms, or CRM automation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to company changes
• Positive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic
• Minimal power outage disruptions
