Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new products or services in IT and AI.
Design and implement IT solutions (such as networks or databases) to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with management to develop long-term strategic plans considering the use of technology.
Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and evaluating work efforts.
Consult with clients to determine their needs and goals, recommending appropriate solutions.
Advise clients on hardware and software products, explaining technical concepts in plain language.
Prepare reports of findings and recommendations for clients who have utilized consulting services.
Create proposals for clients including scope of work and associated costs.

Candidate Profile:
Possess a solid foundation in computer science or a related field.
Demonstrating a deep understanding of programming and data science principles.
Ideally, have a minimum of 2 years of related work experience, although expertise is not mandatory.
Candidates may be in their final year of study and/or have completed relevant IT coursework.
Demonstrate enthusiasm for IT, showcasing familiarity with current technologies and solutions.
Display an awareness of the growing significance of Artificial Intelligence, along with knowledge of AI-based tools.
Demonstrate an analytical mindset, capable of solving complex technical challenges, and maintain a customer-focused attitude while effectively presenting customized solutions.

Additional Requirements:
Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player, exhibiting a willingness to continuously train in new technologies and methodologies.
Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently to solve problems.
