With a growing team of developers, we’re looking for a reliable Technical Project Coordinator to work alongside our CEO/CTO, helping plan, organize, test, and move projects forward efficiently. This role is critical to ensuring that our applications are delivered smoothly, with all features working as expected, freeing up valuable time for leadership to focus on strategic growth.

**What You’ll Be Doing:**

- Planning & Organization: Help plan project timelines, set priorities, and ensure all tasks are assigned and tracked effectively.

- Testing Features: Actively test features, functionality, and updates to ensure everything works as expected before rollout.

- Collaboration: Work alongside developers to understand the scope of changes, and follow up to ensure progress is smooth.

- Documentation: Document project updates, issues, and progress to keep everyone aligned.

- Communication: Act as a bridge between the CEO/CTO and the development team, ensuring everyone stays informed and on the same page.

- Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions to keep the team moving forward.


**What We’re Looking For:**

- Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay on top of deadlines.

- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of PHP, Laravel, and Vue.js to communicate effectively with the development team and understand project requirements.

- Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal) to clearly articulate updates, issues, and next steps.

- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for testing and ensuring features work as intended before deployment.

- Self-Driven: Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Proactive Mindset: Always looking for ways to improve workflows, organization, and efficiency.

- Reliable Internet Connection: As this is a remote position, a stable and fast internet connection is essential.
