Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, objectives, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress against these plans.
- Coordinate and manage technical project activities, ensuring all project phases are delivered on time and within scope.
- Track project performance and analyze the successful completion of goals.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, escalating them as necessary.
Collaborator Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key metrics and progress updates to senior management and Collaborators.
Risk Management
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks continuously and implement contingency plans as necessary.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to tea
Process Improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing project management processes, tools, and best practices.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Technical Support
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
- Facilitate the resolution of project-related technical issues promptly.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication among tea
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technical project coordination or management, preferably in the tech industry or a startup environment.
- In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and confidential work environment.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
