We specialise in delivering high-quality, innovative lighting products to the commercial office refurbishment market, primarily serving electrical contractors. As we continue to grow, we are seeking additional technical support for our internal sales team to ensure we meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently while collaborating with a larger team. At Synergy Creativ, our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we need someone who is comfortable working under pressure to deliver solutions within tight deadlines.


Key Responsibilities
• Lighting Design: Interpret customer requirements from drawings, specifications, or verbal descriptions to produce industry-standard lighting designs using Relux software.

• Project Documentation: Handle various types of enquiries, including:
o Verbal or emailed descriptions
o Sketches, drawings, and detailed specification packages
o Blank drawings with a client brief for full design.

• Proposal Creation: Generate accurate, quantified spreadsheets of lighting requirements, including Synergy Creativ part numbers, ready for quoting

Required Skills and Experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Proficiency in producing accurate take-offs from drawings.
• Expertise in lighting design using Relux (or Dialux) software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of lighting applications in commercial buildings.
• Familiarity with reading and scaling PDF and DWG format drawings.

Preferred Skills
• Ability to communicate directly with customers.
• Knowledge of CIBSE lighting standards for commercial buildings in the UK.
• Basic skills in CAD software to amend or create drawings.
