Experience with Salesforce software; or at least experience with quoting requirements of
professional services projects
• Strong problem solving skills with strong understanding of API/Reporting capabilities
• Ability to adequately communicate with internal cross-functional teams (sales, engineering,
product, IT)
• Ability to effectively communicate with outside stakeholders; from IC’s to C-level
• Experience with RESTful web services, API’s, endpoints, general http requests knowledge
• Python Experience
o Conduct in depth code review of project for completeness and quality
o Help team create performant solutions and efficient usage of system resources
• Experience running a software development team with SDLC backbone; familiarity with
standard procedures and processes for taking a project from requirements gathering to
customer delivery
o Be enforcer of software development lifecycle processes
o Understand how to use Source Control, DevOps Portal to deploy projects
o Understand how to interact with compliance department to document project
development and control configuration changes
o Familiarity using Jira to track project progress
