We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for our team, a Technical Support person.

We want you to be an experienced, fast learner who is detail-oriented, has good interpersonal and technical communication skills, and has excellent written/spoken English.

This job will require exceptional polite written English skills. You must be able to reply to emails accurately and with excellent grammar, spelling, correct solutions and PERSONALIZED replies only. NO ChatGPT or AI responses.

You must THINK, find the solution to the customer’s problem yourself, and then provide the solution to the customer. You MUST solve all customers' concerns and earn their trust and satisfaction.

We have most of the email responses pre-written, so it will usually take a few clicks of the buttons.
However, you MUST address and edit texts to make an email reply PERSONALIZED with the correct solution for the customer.

So here's the list of your primary job responsibilities:
(1) Reply to all customer emails before checking out
(2) Reply to Chat/Text Messages
(3) Answer phone calls and help customers with issues or set up problems with proper solution-driven skills.
(4) Personalized Customer Service: We like to provide highly personalized customer care curated for each customer to achieve 100% resolution every time. - If you don't think this is you, DO NOT APPLY.

Skills Required:
- MUST have a computer desktop and proper office workstation in a quiet room.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent English Writing Skills
- Previous Technical Support Preferred.
- Desktop PC/MAC with Internet, headphones with microphone, webcam and internet speed of at least 50 Mbps.
- Ability to solve technical problems related to car cameras (We will provide training)
- Must learn and understand how electronics, computer hardware, and software work. You need to think outside the box and solve all problems related to our car dash cam product.

Timing: 9 AM - 7 PM EST: 50 hours / 5 days per week, 10 hours/Day (1-hour paid lunch break included)*
*Weekends: Required to work weekends after full training. OFF Days will be during weekdays.
Monday–Friday 5 Days during weekdays or weekends
Pay: Monthly to WISE account or PayPal.
